We had a wonderful experience with Cindy, Liz, and Deb when buying our house. They are very knowledgeable about the Kirkland real estate market. They made sure they understood our needs & wishes, and went the extra mile to find the perfect home for us! We used the three Lyon’s also to recommended financing team and were extremely pleased throughout. Everyone in the team was extremely responsive, both before and after our offer was accepted. They made the whole process easy and convenient for us, including all paperwork, home inspection, insurance, escrow, etc., diligently tracking every step to make sure no hiccups occurred. Whenever something came up they jumped right in and took care of it. Truly a full service experience. We definitely recommend the Lyon Group!

My partner and I asked some friends for a real estate agent they would recommend. Well, were we fortunate to meet and work with this group of knowledgeable, capable, fun and aggressive on our behalf with class and style. These people are full service in real estate, financing knowledge and even professional decorators. We felt we they filled about 6 different areas of expertise in one group. At the end of the day with these folks, we had a great time and knew we could trust them to be honest with us and cared about what we wanted and had a lot of experience. They are not just out to get a commission and you could tell they lived off of referrals and it was easy to see why, and in addition they gave us a fabulous apple pie during the holidays. Nice people !

The Lyon group helped us sell our house and buy our current one. Our first house was not in an area that sells itself. Cindy, Deb and Liz worked diligently to bring the buyers to our location. I truly believe their efforts netted us about $10k more than if we didn’t use them. On the buying side they really listened to our needs but also opened our eyes to areas we had never considered. They even saved us a bunch of time by vetoing houses based on their knowledge of us and the area

We first met the Lyon Group when we stopped at an open house they were holding up in Shoreline. It was our third or fourth stop of the day and we were feeling pretty dejected at what we were seeing out there but that that all changed once we met this great team. It was clear that they respected both the sellers AND buyers side of the transaction – which we hadn’t been seeing at all. I told my husband when we left that day “when we’re ready to sell and buy our new home, we should work with this team.” It’s an extremely tough market out there. Throw in two very particular buyers who also happen to be pregnant and you can only imagine how much these ladies had to navigate to help sell a townhome and then find a new home before the baby arrived. We’d heard horror stories of people putting offers on 10+ homes and still not getting anything. Thankfully we had a great team working for us and they didn’t even flinch at each new challenge that came up. Luckily, after walking away from another offer due to a bad inspection, we found the perfect home for our growing family and because of a strategic move by Cindy, we beat out four other offers by the skin of our teeth. I can’t tell you how many tears of relief were shed that night after we got the call that the house was ours. And we got to stay in Seattle! Since then that house has become our home and every day we are thankful to be there. If not for the Lyon Group it wouldn’t have been possible. Welcome Lyon Group,

My husband and I stopped by for your Open House last weekend.

I just wanted to say thank you. In a market where everyone knows that buyers basically have no power, it was really meaningful to come to an open house where it felt like the sellers and realtors understood that buyers are more than just a pay day. The home felt warm and cozy. There were signs showing potential for different areas of the home, the beverages/treats and the kind and authentic agents…all this went a long way.

We went to a number of open houses on Saturday and I can’t tell you how many homes were not only smelly and dirty but how many realtors didn’t even acknowledge we were there. It was really disappointing.

When we’re feeling a little more ready to get things moving, we’d love to talk more about working with your team.
